Lunote is a tool that helps Shopify store owners turn daily store events and notes into shareable, story-driven social media content. The service also analyzes your brand voice through your Instagram and Shopify presence to personalize content creation.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service or assist anyone in doing so. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Uploading harmful, infringing, or abusive content
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the platform

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of Lunote is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. We use the information you provide to generate and deliver content, personalize your experience, and improve the platform.

6. Payment & Subscription

Some features of Lunote may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees and any applicable taxes. Subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled before the billing period ends.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Lunote if you violate these terms or engage in behavior that harms the platform or its users. You may cancel your account at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content and code is the property of Lunote and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without our permission. You retain ownership of any original content you provide.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we'll notify you through email or within the platform. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
